Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
